Label Id Description
regulation of brown fat cell differentiation GO_0090335 [Any process that modulates the rate, frequency, or extent of brown fat cell differentiation. Brown fat cell differentiation is the process in which a relatively unspecialized cell acquires specialized features of a brown adipocyte, an animal connective tissue cell involved in adaptive thermogenesis. Brown adipocytes contain multiple small droplets of triglycerides and a high number of mitochondria.]
gracile fasciculus of medulla UBERON_0002653 [Part of gracile fasiculus located in the medulla.]
gracile fasciculus UBERON_0005821 [A group of axons that are from neurons involved in proprioception from the lower trunk and lower limb[GO]. The fasciculus gracilis (tract of Goll) is a bundle of axon fibres in the dorsomedial spinal cord that carries information about fine touch, vibrations, and conscious proprioception from the lower part of the body to the brain stem. It is part of the posterior column of the spinal cord, which also contains the fasciculus cuneatus, which carries the same information from the upper part of the body. This tract and its continuation in the brain stem is often referred to as the posterior column-medial lemniscus pathway. The fasciculus gracilis is wedge-shaped on transverse section and lies next the posterior median septum, its base being at the surface of the medulla spinalis, and its apex directed toward the posterior gray commissure. It increases in size from below upward, and consists of long thin fibers that are derived from the posterior nerve roots, and ascend as far as the medulla oblongata, where they end in the nucleus gracilis. The tract of Goll was named after Swiss neuroanatomist Friedrich Goll[WP].]
parvocellular part of medial dorsal nucleus UBERON_0002654
body of lateral ventricle UBERON_0002655 [Part of lateral ventricle consisting of the central portion that lies dorsally, bounded by the thalamus on the ventral side (Adapted from Heimer, 1996).]
regulation of fat cell differentiation GO_0045598 [Any process that modulates the frequency, rate or extent of adipocyte differentiation.]
periamygdaloid area UBERON_0002656
paralaminar part of medial dorsal nucleus UBERON_0002650
anterior horn of lateral ventricle UBERON_0002651 [Part of the lateral ventricle that extends anteriorly into the frontal lobes, bordered by the head of the caudate nucleus on the lateral side (Adapted from Heimer, 1996).]
posterior median eminence UBERON_0002652
dorsal longitudinal fasciculus of medulla UBERON_0002646 [Part of dorsal longitudinal fasciculus located in the medulla.]
magnocellular part of medial dorsal nucleus UBERON_0002647
anterior median eminence UBERON_0002648
dorsolateral fasciculus of medulla UBERON_0002649 [Part of Lissauer's tract located in the medulla.]
vestibulocerebellum UBERON_0014642 [A phylogenetic subdivision of the cerebellum, the oldest part, which regulates balance and eye movements. It receives vestibular input from both the semicircular canals and from the vestibular nuclei, and sends fibres back to the medial and lateral vestibular nuclei. It also receives visual input from the superior colliculi and from the visual cortex (the latter via the pontine nuclei, forming a cortico-ponto-cerebellar pathway). Lesions of the vestibulocerebellum cause disturbances of balance and gait.]
adrenergic agent CHEBI_37962 [Any agent that acts on an adrenergic receptor or affects the life cycle of an adrenergic transmitter.]
terminal nerve root UBERON_0014641 [A nerve root that extends_fibers_into a terminal nerve.]
nucleus K of ventral tegmentum UBERON_0014646 [A nucleus present in the ventral tegmentum of skates.]
